So, currently, my short film is on hiatus. I cannot look at anything miniature, so I’m working on an Audrey painting.
What else? Nothing, really, just waiting for college stuff and biding my time ‘til graduation.

A Norwegian movie, Hawaii, Oslo, shows the lives of a people on the hottest day of the year, and what brings them together. The movie is told through a series of vignettes—the center of which is a man, Vidar, who has prophetic dreams.

Last night, I saw a really good Canadian movie called Long Life, Happiness, and Prosperity. Sandra Oh was in it, but I think she was the only actor in there that the average person would recognize.

Just finished Persepolis, about 2 hours ago. I’d seen the movie before, but I think I liked the graphic novel even more. I’d also recommend The Elegance of the Hedgehog, which has been translated from French, and is filled with wit and philosophy.
